Martha Stewart is back with her brand new cookbook “One Pot: From The Kitchen Of Martha Stewart Living” gifted to me by the Crown Publishing Group...just in time for our out-of-town holiday guests. Martha Stewart teaches us how to cook like a Pro using only One Pot…That’s right…choose your weapon of choice and Martha has you covered with 120 mouthwatering recipes.

From Skillets to Roasting Pans… From Stockpots to Slow Cookers… and everything in between…Martha has a recipe that will wow your guest without breaking a sweat. Choose recipes like “Baked Risotto with Carrot and Squash,” “Lamb Shanks and Potatoes,” “Rib Eye with Root Vegetables” and “Short Ribs with Potato Carrot Mash.”

So of course I had to test this for myself.... Channeling my inner Martha Stewart… I headed to kitchen....

The winning recipe “Poach Cod with Tomatoes.” The recipe was simple, the ingredients readily available at my local market… the results…absolutely delicious! I even served the dish directly from the skillet because the results were so beautiful….I didn’t even need a serving platter. Score! We have a Winner! No more tons of dirty pots and pans waiting for you after dinner.
