My Life As A Wine...SNOb (Dornfelder Wine Review)
Posted on September 15, 2014 at 6:05 AM |

Pssst...Can you keep a secret? Well...My name is Nerisa and I use to be a ...a wine snob. I know, I know, I know...I'm so ashamed...but it's true. If it didn't have a cork in it or least more than $30...well it just wasn't worth drinking. Every wine had its glass...believe me I had so much stemware that I could probably build the Eifel Tower out of glass and still have extra left over.
However, when you have been diagnosed with the BIG "C" your life change...first your health, then the health of your bank account, now don't get me wrong I still appreciate a good bottle of French Wine that cost more than a good spa day...But...Yes...there is a but...expensive wine does not mean good wine.

Imagine my surprise when I learned that this bottle of wine was $8.99 at my local supermarket liquor store... Wegmans. So the moral of the story...My name is Nerisa...and I use to be a wine snob....
Now About the Wine
Dornfelder
{Characteristics} full-bodied, slightly floral, plums, dark cherry and blackberry...delicious!
{Regions where the grape is currently important} Germany, particularly Pfalz and Rheinhessen.
{Verdict} #musthave #delicious
